  Sage Creek was by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My family moved from out of state when we arrived at our place there were holes all over the walls. This was not mentioned to us when we asked about the place. When my wife address this with the reality Robyn Taylor and she basically told us to suck it up and get used to it because that is common in the Rawlins area. When our six month lease was over I asked Robyn if we could do month to month since we were unsure if we wanted to stay longer than a couple months. She wouldn't allow us to do month to month and said he had to do another 6 month lease or a year lease. Since we didn't have another place to live we were forced to do a 6 month lease. Later we found out our contract allows us to do month to month after we were there for 6 months. Robyn didn't give us that option. When we left after being in the place for one year it took over 60 days before we got out refund back. They took out over $600 for cleaning fees. My wife, myself and a friend spent over 10 hours scrubbing the place top to bottom and it was much more cleaner than when we arrive. This company and realtor are a joke and they should be embarrassed to call themselves professionals. I would never use Sage Creek Realty in Rawlins WY ever again and STRONGLY don't recommend it.
